Boring Bars |

 |
Boring bars range in size from 1-1/4” to 8”. Dodge has three 1 ¼”, eight 2 ¼”, four 3 ½”, four 5”, and eight 8” bars. They are capable of boring hole sizes from 1 ½” to 12’ in diameter with bore lengths up to 18’. There is more than one setup for each bar so multiple holes can be bored at the same time. Boring Bars have several attachments for multiple uses. |

Linear Mills |
|
|
| |
Linear Mills consist of one 4’ bed and one 12’ bed. Surfaces can be milled in all positions; flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead. Dodge can also mill 12’ long and 4’ wide before another setup is required. There are several attachments for milling different angles and various applications. |

Flange Facers |

Dodge owns four flange facers that are capable of resurfacing from 1 ½” to 5’ in diameter. These are also adaptable for different applications and can be used for beveling, cutting o-ring grooves, or counter bores. |

Circular Mills |
|
|
| |
Three Circular Mills are capable of milling from 5’ to 20’ diameters. Mills can be used in all positions. Surfaces can be milled, drilled o-ring groove cuts, or milling various angles. Circular mills are computer controlled with DRO read-out for accurate machining. |

Thermal Solutions Stress Relievers |
|
|
| |
Two Thermal Solutions offer computer control graphs and charts for recording temperatures. Machines are used for stress relieving, pre-heating and hold temps for critical weld process with temperatures up to 2200 degrees for stainless steel applications. |

Welding and Fabrication Equipment |

Dodge has over 20 welders with stick, mig, tig capability. We have performed very large fabrication and welding jobs including a complete dragline disassembly transport, and reassembly of a Page 752 Dragline in Florida. Dodge has performed disassembly, transport and reassembly of several P&H Shovels and complete reverse engineer and manufacture of Hitachi 5500 Backboard. We have performed a complete high arch and frame update on ten 280 ton Hitachi haul trucks. |
